BIBLE INFORMATION CLASS has changed its meeting time back to Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm.

ELDERS        Mr. Don Butler, Mr. Doyle Melius have been appointed elders of our congregation. Pastor Larry Nolte (ret.) was elected head elder in our July meeting. Their responsibility is to watch over the spiritual life of the congregation in cooperation with the church council (elected to guide the day-to-day work of our congregation.) Their work includes making sure that our services are conducted in good order and contacting those who have particular spiritual needs in order to offer encouragement. Please pray for them and offer any assistance to them in their important service to our family of believers.

Installation of Rev. Frederick Schleg: Rev. Schleg will be installed as the pastor Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Everett, WA. You are invited to attend. Please pray for him and his family that God would bless their ministry as well as the ministry of Pastor Soukup, the former pastor of Beautiful Savior now serving our mission in Grenada.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION FORMS: In each mailbox, there is a form to fill out with membership information along with a cover letter explaining our need for updating records. Please fill them out, one for each family and place them on the table by the mailboxes. This will help us verify records help us communicate information much better. Thank you to Joan Covell for helping with the work!

MILITARY CONTACTS      If you know of any military men or women who would like to have us send videos of our sermons, please contact John Shoosmith (966-7044) or Marlene Jaderlund (965-9541).

MRS. KATHY SCHULLER: Grace Lutheran Church at 1207 S. 7th Ave. in Yakima will be hosting Brunch Benefit for Mrs. Kathy Schuller on Sunday November 16th at 10:45 am.  Kathy has taught first and second grade at Grace Lutheran School for 17 years and will be taking a leave of absence to undergo a bone marrow transplant.  She will need to remain in Seattle for 5-6 months during the healing process.  Supplemental matching funds have been applied for through Thrivent Financial.  100% of the proceeds from this event will go to defray her medical and housing expenses.  For more information or to make a donation, please contact Pastor Jim Turriff at 594-0715.
